Catholic Montessori School Leaders Mastermind Program

The only Catholic Montessori School Leaders Mastermind program specifically designed for Catholic school leaders to support, improve and sustain excellent K-12 Catholic schools and their leadership!

The School Leaders Mastermind serves school leaders from Catholic Montessori schools. The Program is designed to meet school leaders in various stages of their professional journey while taking a current and practical approach to delivering ideas and concepts to be put into daily practice by school leaders.

The Mastermind aligns to the National Standards and Benchmarks for Effective Catholic Schools (NSBECS) as well as the Standards for Professional Learning, which serve as the organizing framework for this Program. The standards were developed from the Holy See’s teaching on Catholic schools as compiled by Archbishop J. Michael Miller, CSB (The Holy See’s Teaching on Catholic Schools, 2006), and from statements by Pope Benedict XVI and the American bishops.

The Mastermind consists of a series of weekly 60-minute online sessions that include laser coaching, a monthly book study, and one monthly online guest expert session. The Mastermind will provide you with an immediate coaching and accountability community where everyone is committed to high-levels of personal and professional growth.

A mastermind is a place where school leaders can accelerate their leadership development in 3 essential areas (60% professional, 30% personal, 10% spiritual) with a secure and trusted group of advisors and friends.

Groups begin meeting the week of Tuesday, February 2nd, and run through June 29th.
